1. Drive-in Service 

Our unique drive-thru warehouse  is a shopping experience that you can’t get anywhere else. Here’s an overview of what to expect when shopping with us:

• You drive in our warehouse. If you know where the material is that you’re looking for, go ahead and drive directly to it. If not, one of our employees will come over and direct you to where you need to go. We also have aisle signs to help with directions.
• Next, you pull up to the material you are needing to get, and a “red shirt” employee will come help load the material directly onto your vehicle or trailer. From that point on, the employee will stay with you during your shopping experience, ensuring that you have someone to help load and answer questions at all times. This employee will go from item to item and write your ticket along the way, keeping track of the materials you are getting.
• Once loaded, you will get your ticket to take inside our showroom and pay for the materials. At this point, you will pull out of our warehouse and park your vehicle outside before heading into the showroom.
• Now that you’ve entered the showroom, you can pick up any hardware needed to get the job done. If you’re not needing anything else, give your ticket to the salesperson at the counter and they will proceed to check you out.
• Once the material is paid for, you will receive a yellow receipt that is for your records. Get back in your vehicle and present this ticket to the gateman who will ensure that you are loaded with all the materials you paid for. This helps to make sure you aren’t missing any materials when you get home and are ready to work!

Our shopping process takes away the unneeded and extra steps of loading and unloading your material multiple times from a shopping cart to your vehicle/trailer. We are here to get you in and out as quickly as possible so that you can get your project complete.
